Wow. I cannot believe I was lucky enough to work on this project with these amazing, talented and gorgeous women. The photographer for the shoot, Ashley Smith, owner of Of Wyld and Lace, is CRAZY talented. As soon as you enter her studio, tons of cute vintage decor welcomes you as you are engulfed by sweet retro designs. Perfectly designed with an open, yet comforting layout. The model for the shoot, Lydia Admundsen is a photographer as well, and wanted to start of the year with a gorgeous, empowering boudoir shoot! Lydia was the perfect model for this 70s themed shoot, with her sultry downturned eyes and gorgeous blonde locks! I adore how the picture shows turned out, the photography is nothing short of BEAUTIFUL.
Victoria is a drop dead gorgeous bride-to-be expecting to be married soon in May! She HARDLY ever wears makeup and wanted a semi-glamorous look to compliment her naturalistic style. She was loving the idea of a smokey, cat-eye and a more subdued but still glam face base, that focused more on highlight and bronzer to emphasize her cheekbones. I LOVE how her cool toned, smokey eye turned out! It definitely made her beautiful brown eyes POP! The look came together beautifully and the best part of course is that she was so happy with it! Victoria, along with her fiancé had an engagement photo shoot right after our session later in the day (see pics below, and click the link to see their full shoot!), so I wanted to be sure and apply her makeup in a way that would photograph well. I’m so glad that the pictures turned out great and that I was fortunate enough to be a part of this beautiful couples engagement memories! *Photo Credits: Ashley Kapic Photography
